A Seminar on Leadership and Management Held for the Managers and Members of the Provincial Assemblies!
Today, Tuesday, the 22nd of April, the Directorate of Provincial Assemblies commenced a two-day training seminar at the headquarter of ARCS. The seminar, entitled “Leadership and Management” aims to strengthen the professional capacities of 46 managers and members of the provincial assemblies.
During the inaugural session of the seminar, Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salaam, Acting Secretary-General of ARCS, extended a warm welcome to the participants and delivered an in-depth address highlighting the pivotal role of provincial assemblies and responsibilities of their members within society. Further, he underscored the significant impact of provincial assembly members for reinforcing communication between ARCS and the community.
Moreover, he instructed the relevant managers to avail the benefits of the seminar and implement the experience they gained in the professional environment.
It is noteworthy that during this seminar, participants will receive necessary information regarding ARCS, strategic management of its operations, and the functional responsibilities of provincial assemblies.
