به تاریخ ۱۱ ربیع الثاني، از سوی هلال احمر افغانی برای۱۵۰ خانواده زلزله زده در قریه های مربوط رباط سنگی ولایت هرات، ۱۵۰ بسته تخته کمپل و لباس های مختلف کمک شد. بسته کمکی به هر خانواده شامل دو تخته کمپل و انواع لباس مختلف می باشد.
