به تاریخ ۳۰ ربیع الاول، از سوی هلال احمر افغانی برای ۹۱ خانواده زلزله زده ولسوالی زنده جان ولایت هرات، مواد غذایی و غیر غذایی مساعدت شد.به هر خانواده یک بسته کمکی مساعدت شد که در آن بر علاوه نان خشک، ۱ ست ظروف آشپزخانه، ۱ کارتن مواد غذایی، ۱ بوشکه آب، ۱ پتنوس و ۵ تخته کمپل، شامل بود.
