Mr. Mawlavi NoorUddin "Turabi” vice President of ARCS, during his visit to Kandahar province, met the administrative staff of ARCS-Kandahar branch.
In meeting, Mr. Mawlavi NoorUddin "Turabi” besides the instruction of obeying their officials told the participants that" the successful organization is one where, besides obeying the officials, there is a coordination, compassion, kindness, unity and cooperation between the seniors and juniors and to carry out their administration tasks according to the terms of the job".
