On 8th November a two-day capacity-building workshop on disaster and first aid has been finalized for 20 volunteers in the educational center of the Laghman branch-ARCS. It's commendable that at the end of the workshop, 52 pairs of shoes and 6 winter jumpers were sent from HQ, and distributed to the disaster and first aid volunteers.
