Seventy-five students have successfully graduated after completing six-month courses in mathematics, computer studies, literacy, and English at the ARCS Youth and Volunteers Training Center in Badghis Province.
A formal graduation ceremony was held at the ARCS provincial office, where certificates of appreciation were presented to the graduates.
