ARCS General President Meets Officials from Aga Khan Foundation

Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, General President of the ARCS, along with Mawlawi Rohullah Abdul Salaam, Under-Secretary General for Operational Affairs, met with Mr. Najmuddin Najm, Executive Director of the Development Network at the Aga Khan Foundation, and his delegation to discuss enhancing cooperation in expanding humanitarian services to vulnerable people.
During the meeting, Mr. Delawar briefed the delegation on the ongoing nationwide services provided by the ARCS to vulnerable, disaster-affected, and repatriated individuals. He emphasized that the ARCS delivers humanitarian assistance impartially, based strictly on the needs of the people.
Mr. Najm commended the efforts of the ARCS and reaffirmed the Foundation’s commitment to collaborate on joint humanitarian initiatives supporting repatriated refugees, affected individuals, and vulnerable communities.
