ARCS General President Holds Coordination Meeting with Governor of Balkh to Discuss Support for Earthquake Victims

During an official visit to the Northern Zone, the General President of the ARCS, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, accompanied by a delegation, held a coordination meeting with Haji Mohammad Yosouf Wafa, Governor of Balkh Province, to discuss joint collaboration in providing assistance to families affected by the recent earthquake.
In the meeting, Mr. Delawar noted that since the onset of the earthquake in northern Afghanistan, the ARCS has been consistently engaged in delivering humanitarian assistance to the affected communities. He emphasized that these efforts will continue until the victims’ living conditions are fully restored to normalcy.
Governor Wafa commended the ARCS for its swift humanitarian response and emergency support to the earthquake victims. He reaffirmed the provincial administration’s full cooperation and coordination with both governmental and non-governmental organizations to ensure the effective delivery of humanitarian services to those impacted by the disaster.
