Mulave Nooruddin Turabi, Acting vice president of the Afghan Red Crescent Society held a joint meeting with Muhammad Arif Hidayat director of logistics, Muhammad Saleem Baharmand director of health services, Shabir Ahmad usmani director of finance, Murade Acting director of international relations, Fahem Agha manager of warehouses, and Mustafa manager of pharmacist services,to discuss the delivery of medicines to Afghan Red Crescent health centers in remote areas of the country.
At the meeting it has been decided that the Department of International Relations would prevent late delivery of medicine at the airport. The logistics department with the coordination of HQ will deliver medicine to all Afghan Red Crescent society health centers in all over the country and prevent barrier. It was also decided that the cost of transporting the medicines would be pay by the finance department in advance. In order to improve the quality of health services in the meeting, it was decided that in order to evaluate the doctors and health officials in the provinces, the health officials and doctors in the provinces will be called to the center and the committee will evaluate their competencies. Happens In this way the Afghan Red Crescent can provide better and better health care to its citizens to perform health services and remove health care providers who do not have the skills and knowledge to provide good health care services. It was also decided at the meeting that steps should be taken to ensure proper, transparent and accurate distribution of medicines in the Afghan Red Crescent Health Centers. To ensure that the medicines delivered to the health facilities reach the needy patients.
At the meeting, it was recommended to the logistics department that the medicines delivered to them should not be delayed in the warehouses and the medicines should not be taken from the recipients for which there is less time left.
