Khost: Cash Assistance of AFN 45 Million Begins to 3,000 Internally Displaced Families

The ARCS, with support from the ICRC, has started distributing 45 million Afghanis in cash assistance to 3,000 internally displaced families in Zazi Maidan, Alisher, and Gurbaz districts of Khost Province.

On the first day, 18 million Afghanis were distributed to 1,200 families in Zazi Maidan, giving each family 15,000 Afghanis to cover basic needs and ease essential hardships.

It is planned that over the next two days, similar assistance will also be distributed to 1,800 families in the districts of Alisher and Gurbaz.

Through its ongoing humanitarian work, ARCS continues to support displaced and vulnerable families.
