هلال احمر افغانی، به منظور رسیدگی عاجل به یک خانواده آسیبدیده از بارندگیها در منطقه بولان، شهر لشکرگاه مرکز ولایت هلمند، ۳ قلم کمک غیرغذایی ارائه شد. این کمکها شامل ۶ تخته کمپل بزرگ، ۲ تخته کمپل کوچک و ۴ بشکه آب بود.
