Kunduz: Winter Clothing Distributed to Mental Health Patients

Saturday, November 29, 2025

The ARCS has distributed winter clothing to 139 male and female mental health patients at the Northeastern Zone Mental Health Care and Treatment Center in Kunduz. This assistance aims to protect the patients from the cold weather, with each individual receiving a set of clothes, a jumper, and a pair of shoes.
It is worth mentioning that the center currently treats 113 male and 26 female patients, who will be returned to their families after their recovery.
