ARCS Acting President Meets Gates Foundation Polio Officer for Asia
Today, on 17th November, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, the acting president of ARCS, and his deputy, Hafiz Azizurrahman, held a coordination meeting with Ana Maria, the head of the Bill Gates Foundation's polio program for Asia, and her delegation in his office.
During the meeting, Delawar provided a detailed overview of ARCS's humanitarian efforts, including support for headless and vulnerable families through care centers (Marastoon) and health facilities, as well as emergency assistance for those affected by natural disasters and urged Gates Foundation to expand and increase their support for these initiatives.
on the other hand, Ana Maria commended ARCS for its effective services, describing the services provided by this organization as crucial and effective for the deprived and vulnerable patients and pledged to boost their assistance with ARCS.
