Today, Tuesday, the 11th of February, ARCS Distributed 600 packages of winter supplies, Hygiene kits and dignity kits in Alingar District of Laghman Province.
The assistance, which was furnished by Norwegian Red Cross, each family received a winter package, a dignity kit, and two hygiene kits.
