کار اعمار کمپ اسکان موقت براى خانواده های مهاجرین عودت کنندگان در صحرای شالی ولسوالی خاص کنر از سوی نمایندگی هلال احمر افغانی ولایت کنر آغاز شده است. که تا امروﺯ کار ساخت شان جريان دارد. در ساخت کمپ مذکور، براى ۲۰ خانواده مهاجرین بازگشت کننده ۲۰ باب خیمه و ۴ قلم مواد غیرخوراکی نیز در نظر گرفته شده است، که به محض ورود آنان برای آنها توزیع خواهد شد.
