Mr. Mawlavi Matiul Haq Khalis, Acting President of Afghan Red Crescent, and Dr. Jalal Al-Awisi, the head of Saudi Arabian Red Crescent, held sidelines joint meeting on the occasion of fifth consultative meeting of national societies in Jeddah. In the meeting, the Acting President of Afghan Red Crescent spoke in detail about the activities, importance, and potential of Afghan Red Crescent and the current economic crisis and problems in Afghanistan and requested that Saudi Arabian Red Crescent should continue to assist Afghans He said that due to the existing economic problems in Afghanistan, it is necessary to continue and increase the level of aid to Afghanistan. Mr. Mawlavi Matiul Haq Khalis also asked for cooperation in the field of mobile health clinics and ambulances.The head of Saudi Arabian Red Crescent promised that he will continue to help Afghan Red Crescent through King Salman Charity Foundation and will try to increase thier aid.
