Mr. Mawlavi Mati-Ul-Haq, Acting General President of ARCS had bilateral meeting with Mr. Sultan bin Ahmad Al-Asiri, in-charge of developmental projects of Qatar fund, on humanitarian aid, health services, helping the headless families and a number of other issues, in Doha. In meeting, Mr. Khalis stated "Afghanistan has been affected by 40 years conflict and needs help in every aspect; we hope that the welfare institutions will assist and be helpmate to vulnerable Afghan people." He said "The number of children suffering from cardiovascular septal defect is increasing with ARCS, and ARCS is unable to treat all the patients lonely, we hope that humanitarian organizations will help ARCS, which will enable it to treat children suffering from cardiovascular septal defect". Mr. Khalis requested Qatar Fund to cooperate ARCS in helping headless families & treating & taking care of psychological patients and carry out flour project via ARCS. Mr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al-Asiri, in-charge of developmental projects of Qatar Fund, besides praising the activities of ARCS, pledged to help ARCS in above-mentioned sections and stated "We are optimistic to help Afghan people and will strive to assist Afghan people via ARCS and organize & implement the aid project of thousands of tons of flour through ARCS".
