On Wednesday, 8th of June 2022, the Afghan Red Crescent Society distributed food and non-food items to 100 needy families in Herat province.
The aid was provided by Turkey. Each family received 24 kg of flour, 8 packets of macaroni, 2 kg of rice, 5 kg of a pea, 4 packages of biscuits, 5 litter of oil, 1 jumper, 3 pairs of children's clothes, 1 pair of women clothes, 6 pairs of socks, 3 pairs of gloves and a pair of shoes.
