Assisting flood victims is ARCS responsibility. To fulfill this mission, on Friday, 14th of Rabi-ul-Awal, Afghan Red Crescent provided non-food items to 16 families in Naw Abad, Dandon, and Barakhilo areas of Kunar province, which had been adversely affected by heavyc rains and floods of last night. The aid package included 6 blankets, 1 tarpaulin, 13 kitchen items, and a bucket of water for each family. Additionally, 10 families whose houses were completely destroyed received tents as part of the relief efforts.
