The ARCS distributed aid to 250 families in Helmand province

Today, on Saturday, 29th of January 2022 the Afghan Red Crescent Society distributed food and non-food items to 250 drought-affected, war-affected, needy and headless families in Marjah district of Helmand province. The aid includes 8 food and non-food items. The food items include 50 kg of flour, 24.5 kg of rice, 10 liters of oil, 5 kg of sugar, 7 kg of beans, 1 kg tea, 3 kg of salt, 1 packet of BP5 biscuits.

And non-food items include a winter kit containing 14 pairs of socks, 6 pairs of adult and 8 pair of children coats, 4 pairs of children coats, 2 adult coats, 1 female scarf, 2 pairs of adult shoes, 2 pairs of children purse, 2 packets of 20 liter water utensils, 1 bucket of water, 7 Dettol soap, 7 chunks of laundry soap, 1 bag, 6 toothpastes and 6 toothbrushes.
