The Acting President of Afghan Red Crescent Society meets director of Turkish disaster Management authority!

Today, on Thursday, the acting President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society, Mawlavi Matiul Haq Khalis, met director of the Turkish disaster Management authority.

In addition to the director of disaster Management, representatives of the Turkish Red Crescent Society and the Acting President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society & his accompanied delegation were also present at the meeting.

During the meeting, the Acting President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society, Mawlavi Matiul Haq Khalis, thanked the Turkish Red Crescent Society for their support, especially for the assistance of Nikki train, which will be providing assistance to the Afghan Red Crescent Society recently.

On the other hand, the director of Turkish disaster management department welcomed the Afghan delegation and said: nikki train aid has reached to four trains and insha'Allah, the series will continue for up to 10 trains. He added that Turkey's disaster management department is ready to provide any assistance in the protection of orphans and headless families.

The president of the Afghan Red Crescent Society then inspected all the equipment used by the organization in the event of disaster. He also visited a Turkish Red Crescent factory that made tents, blankets and other necessities, followed by a visit to the Turkish Red Crescent archive, which has a history of about 100 gallons. This archive considered as the world most advanced archives.

Finally, the Acting President of the Afghan Red Crescent Society visited the Turkish Emergency Operations Center, which is connected to all parts of the country for 24 hours.
